This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in offering exceptional service, maintains the highest level of trust and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide nonmedical personal care and companionship Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping) Offer support across all levels of care needs Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Communicate effectively with family members and follow established routines Uphold strict confidentiality and respect for personal boundaries Provide reliable, punctual, and consistent care each day Qualifications Experience as an inhome caregiver, CNA, PCA, or similar role (nonmedical) Ability to work with clients requiring varying levels of support Strong communication skills and a calm, patient demeanor High level of trustworthiness, professionalism, and discretion Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background checks and provide references What Were Looking For Someone dependable and committed to longterm employment A caregiver who takes initiative and pays attention to detail A warm, respectful individual who values dignity and independence Someone who can adapt to changing needs and maintain a positive attitude
