Job Description & Requirements Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 12 This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Rotation of 36 hours per week (Three 12-hour shifts). Provider will work rotating weekends per month totaling 12 hours (8 hours Saturday / 4 hours Sunday). Shift Times: Sunday (8am-12pm), Monday-Friday (7am-7pm), Saturday (7am-3pm) Job Setting: Outpatient Types of Cases: Acute care for all ages including foreign body removal, suturing, incision and drainage, and casting/DME fitting Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days Must have an active North Carolina state license Must be Board Certified Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
