Job Description:
Liberty Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical
Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team. Our commitment to

tailored therapeutic interventions. This position requires an
individual passionate about making a meaningful impact in patient
recovery and mobility improvement. Assess patient condition by
conducting physical examinations and reviewing patient medical
histories. Develop treatment plans and implement physical therapy
interventions based on patient-specific needs. Document patient
care and outcomes to monitor progress and adjust treatments as
needed. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans,
therapeutic exercises, and injury prevention. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and
coordinate treatment plans. Maintain patient confidence and protect
operations by keeping information confidential in accordance with
HIPAA regulations. Stay updated with advancements in physical
therapy through continuing education. Ensure compliance with state
and federal regulations concerning healthcare delivery. Proficiency
in using physical therapy equipment and tools Strong understanding
of physiology and musculoskeletal systems Excellent communication
skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently Strong
analytical skills to evaluate patient progress Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Must have a valid
Physical Therapy license in the state of practice CPR and BLS
certification preferred
