Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is
seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Manager and EB Education
Specialist to join their team. As a Account Manager and EB
Education Specialist , you will be an integral part of the team
supporting client relationships and training development. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills,
proactive problem-solving, and a passion for continuous learning,
which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title:
Account Manager and EB Education Specialist Location: Greenville,
NC Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Shift: M-F 8:30-5pm onsite What's
the Job? Serve and grow your assigned book of clients by providing
exceptional service and education. Identify revenue growth
opportunities and generate referrals across various departments.
Create, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs to
enhance team skills and performance. Conduct regular account
reviews, ensuring coverage, discounts, and client satisfaction.
Support marketing efforts by suggesting content ideas and
participating in branding activities. What's Needed? 5yrs of
experience in insurance sales and/or account management Strong
interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client
relationships. Ability to proactively identify opportunities and
manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in account management
or client service roles is preferred. Willingness to learn industry
trends and incorporate new knowledge into training. What's in it
