empower connection. About the Role: The Inside Sales Support
Specialist plays a key role in supporting MED-EL’s commercial
success by serving as a proactive, reliable point of contact for
designated customer accounts. This hybrid role blends consultative
inside sales with responsive service, ensuring key customers
receive timely assistance for purchase orders, order status,
contracted pricing, and general account coordination. In addition,
this position leads all U.S. ADHEAR inquiries and sales efforts,
acting as the primary driver for product education, quoting, and
conversion. Through strong communication, attention to detail, and
sales follow-through, this role helps ensure a positive experience
for customers while supporting revenue growth across our hearing
implant portfolio. Primary Responsibilities: Inside Sales · Prepare
and follow up on quotes, proposals, and product information
requests for designated key customers · Lead customer set up and
changes within region for all new accounts · Quota responsibility
for ADHEAR product line · Maintain accurate records of sales
activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM ;
update contact information and connections in a timely manner;
maintain accurate clinic profiles · Collaborate with field sales
representatives to support territory growth and pipeline
development · Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across
MEDEL’s product portfolio · Support virtual sales events, webinars,
and product launches · Run touchpoint cadence between field visits
Customer Support · Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, order
status, and warranty claims for designated customers · Provide
guidance to utilization of customer portal · Coordinate with region
customer service lead, operations, finance, and technical support
to resolve customer issues · Ensure compliance with regulatory and
documentation requirements · Maintain high levels of customer
satisfaction through timely and empathetic communication Position
Qualifications: 3 years in inside sales, customer service, or order
management, ideally in medical devices or healthcare Associate or
bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience considered in
lieu of degree Strong written and verbal communication and
relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics,
Nav18, SAP) Comfortable making outbound calls and handling
objections professionally Detail-oriented with excellent
organizational and multitasking abilities Required to be in Eastern
Time Zone (EST) Located in the Northeast preferred; experience
working with Northeast customers preferred What We Offer: We know
