As a--Senior Supply Chain Customer Operations Manager (internally known as Senior Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager) here at Honeywell, you are a pivotal leader in steering the success of our supply chain initiatives. With your extensive, hands-on experience in supply chain project management, you will lead end-to-end projects, meticulously overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases to ensure seamless project delivery.----
This is a key leadership role managing delivery execution for Honeywell's fuel control products and will report directly to the Aerospace ISC Customer Operations Vice President. The individual will work in close partnership with customers, Honeywell's supply chain functions including sourcing, procurement, operations, quality, and manufacturing engineering, plus customer business teams, and other Honeywell support functions to drive delivery execution excellence to end customers.
You will report directly to our the Vice President of Supply Chain Customer Operations and you'll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location on an On-site work schedule.--

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Establish and execute a successful supply chain strategy to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • On-Time Delivery of product to customer need dates.
  • Production readiness across the supply base, including internal HON sites & external suppliers.
  • Long term part health with full alignment of customer demand and supply.
  • Effective communications and coordination between customers, customer business teams, Honeywell supply chain leadership, and the Aerospace Leadership Team.

      • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in leading and delivering complex projects.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams.
      • Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.
