You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks and identify process issues or problems that involve direct application of your skills/knowledge.It is your hard work and focus that will help in making Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.How You Will Achieve ItManage own time, professional development, and be accountable for own results.Manage the preparation, cleaning, and/or operation of various components, materials and equipment.Monitor, troubleshoot, perform quality level checks, and document processing steps for various manufacturing / packaging / inspection equipment.Perform the cleaning and sanitization of the area as per the procedure.Maintain files and databases to ensure all documentation is current and complete.Communicating with peers, supervisors, and interdepartmental groups to provide for an efficient drug production process.Participate in Response Development to Regulatory Inspection Observations and execute corrective actions recommended as a part of cGMP/Regulatory compliance.Be part of an ownership culture that values diversity and where all colleagues are energized and engaged.Be part of a team and work collaboratively with the broader Manufacturing Operations group.Suggest innovative ideas for the process simplification.QualificationsMust-HaveHigh School Diploma or GEDCDA certification is required and can be obtained once in the role.Nice-to-HaveBachelor's DegreePharmaceutical production experiencePHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTSStand up to 10-12 hours per shift, twist at waist 20 times per hour, regularly lift up to 35 pounds per activity 20 times per shift, occasionally lift a maximum of 50 pounds per activity 10 times per shift, occasionally may lift over 50 pounds with assistance, walk, climb stairs, climb ladders/walk on catwalks, repetitive use of upper extremities.Use computer terminal 2 hours per shift, respond to visual warning indicators, respond to audible indicators, respond to color or special visual indicators, work around moving equipment, work on knees occasionally, wear specialized protective clothing, wear PPE (safety shoes/glasses/etc), work in hot or cold environment, work in hearing conservation area.NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS 0% travel required for Production Operator role. Primarily will work 7a-7p, 3/2/2 work schedule.
