Establishes rapport with participants and motivates them to achieve
goals
Guides participants through the coaching process and milestone
completion
Advises and coaches on career development, transition issues, and
career options
Required Qualifications
Expertise in Career Development including career planning and
resume development
Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience and understanding of
organizational structures
Expertise in virtual coaching delivery and comfort with
technology
High-speed internet connection and reliable audio/video setup
required
Bachelor's Degree or specialized certifications preferred
