Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Support Specialist - New
Business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the process of individual life insurance and annuity
applications or claim files for decision readiness
Act as a point of contact for issues and escalations, providing
guidance and resolving inquiries
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external
team members while ensuring timely communication regarding case
statuses
Required Qualifications
High school education plus equivalent experience or an Associate
degree
2 years' experience in a process-oriented role; 5 years
preferred
2 years' experience in the Life Insurance industry or carrier
operations; 4 years preferred
Proven ability to handle multiple assignments with overlapping
deadlines
Proficient in Salesforce, FAST, AS400, LifeNotes, and Life Desk
