Job Description Onin Staffing is currently recruiting for a temp to hire Manufacturing Machine Operator Level 2 opportunity in Louisburg with a company that manufactures products that are used in the automotive, packaging, building products, recreational and medical industries.

1st shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-6pm
2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am
$15/hour plus any overtime worked
Potential for voluntary or mandatory Fridays

- Knowledge of Metric System
- Comprehension of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
- Ability to Recognize Nonconforming Product According to Specifications
- Mechanical Ability to Analyze and Correct Minor Equipment Issues
- Demonstrates Leadership with Safety Regulation ComplianceWork Experience The preferred candidate might:
  - Experience with manufacturing process
  - Experience in a leadership role
