Description:The Training Coordinator will directly support the
Operations Team at one of our largest bio-pharmaceutical clients.
This individual will be responsible for working cross functionally
between the operations department and the training department to
support manufacturing colleagues training curriculum. Initially
this individual will reconcile where all current colleagues are at
with training and complete a gap assessment on what training needs
to be completed. After phase one completion the Training
Coordinator will be responsible for managing operations colleague
learning system progress and training workflow to ensure that all
colleagues are fully trained for their job function, and staying on
top of continued training before company deadlines.Top Skills
