ROLE SUMMARYThe Line Coordinator will coordinate the operation of manufacturing lines to assure that quality, compliance, safety and production standards are met.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate the operation of manufacturing lines to assure that quality, compliance, safety and production standards are met.Organize and direct the placement of personnel on manufacturing lines, reviews work order schedules and packages to requisition materials and supplies, schedules equipment changeovers, performs line clearances, and audits completed work order packages.Assures that line employees are trained and certified for assigned roles and that they meet job standards.Ability to effectively communicate work instructions and coordinate the work of others.Ability to perform arithmetic calculations.Why Patients Need YouOur breakthroughs would not make it to the hands of patients without our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. You will manage product finishing scheduling, setting up, operating, maintaining, and adjusting processes or packaging equipment.Your prior work experience and ability to apply your breadth of knowledge will help you adapt the standard methods and procedures. You will help us identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency, throughput and quality. You will recommend which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations.
