Job Description:

COECO Office Systems, Inc. is looking for a Branch Administrator/Biller for a direct full-time opportunity. This support role will work directly with local Sales personnel and provide outstanding support to all areas of the business/all levels of management. This Administrative Biller will need to have experience with an ERP system and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. This position is not eligible for remote work. Job Requirements:Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing and invoicing customer sales orders
  • Ensures all supporting documents and materials are on file for each sales order
  • Communicates pro-actively regarding order status and missing documentation
  • Resolves invoice/billing discrepancies
  • Handles Accounts Receivables/soft collection calls, sending statements/invoices to customers and lease companies
  • Provide management and ad-hoc reports utilizing Microsoft Excel
  • Provides administrative support to branch sales staff To be successful in this position one must have:
    • 3+ years relevant billing/invoicing experience REQUIRED
    • Advanced Excel skills such as calculations, values and formulas REQUIRED
    • Knowledge of ERP/strong computer skills
    • Independent and detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Team player able to work across various levels of the organization as well as multi-site
