Job Description:
Location: Rocky Mount, NCDescription: Our client is currently
seeking a Reliability Engineer to execute--Preventative Maintenance
including development of Key Performance indicators for
teams/individual accountability, PM auditing process, resources
allocation and leading FMEA/RCA events with corrective actions
plans, The Reliability Engineer will lead cross-functional teams in
the identification and correction of sub-optimum equipment
performance and work closely with Maintenance planners in the
optimization of CMMS regarding PM's scheduled frequency and
assignments completions rates. This job will have the following
responsibilities: * Lead Maintenance team through
equipment/machinery optimization strategy * Develops proactive
maintenance strategy to improve OEE * Leads RCA/FMEA training and
deployment to ensure corrective actions are achieved * Leads
downtime events through DMAIC concepts to ensure elimination of
reoccurrence * Lead Preventative Maintenance Optimization (PMO) and
assessment/validation to ensure improve MTBF * Work with
Engineering and Project start-up teams to design reliability into
new equipment * Uses CMMS data analysis to determine maintenance
work effectiveness and drive improvements in PM frequency * Member
of the Early Equipment Management team (EEM, Pillar of TPM) during
new assets commissioning, and start-up validation * Develops
component failure analysis program Qualifications & Requirements: *
Bachelors Degree in Engineering - Masters Preferred * 3+ years
experience in maintenance / reliability - food / beverage industry
preferred * CMRP or ICML Certification preferred * Proficient in
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or TPM preferred * Excellent
Problem Solving Skills - proficient in Root Cause and Failure
Analysis * Experience with CMMS, PMO Strategies Contact:
