Job Description:

Join our Adecco team as an Onsite Recruiter Admin. This exciting new position is located in Martinsville, VA.  We are seeking a capable individual who will be able to guide and train employees. Shift time is below.  If you are a dynamic individual that can handle working in a fast pace environment and enjoys helping others, then we are the company for you!

Working in this role requires the following responsibilities:

Sourcing, screening, recruiting for hourly front-line manufacturing roles across all shifts

Assess applicants' relevant knowledge and skill sets that best fit our current openings.

Scheduling and following up on interviews, collecting feedback from Hiring Managers, etc.

Supporting New Hire Orientation

Managing a manual staffing tracker, associates check in, and attendance

Must have strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)

Ability to work additional hours during peak season (September-December)

Independent self-starter; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; enthusiastic, positive and detail-oriented personality

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, as well as social media management platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

Act as the liaison between our team and the potential candidates to provide a professional hiring experience for all candidates

Training would be Mon-Fri 8am-5pm then move to a special every other weekend schedule 7am-6pm. M, T, W, Sat one week then Sun, M, T, F

$15 per hour to start depending on experience

This position is contracted and expected to last until the end of the 2020
