seeking a National / Joint Intelligence SIGINT Subject Matter
Expert (SME) to join our team! This position provides critical
technical and operational advisory support to the program, enabling
advanced Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) integration across Army,
Joint, and National intelligence architectures. The SME will play a
key role in the development, testing, and fielding of PM IS&A
systems to ensure synchronization with enterprise SIGINT
modernization priorities that enhance multi-domain situational
awareness and targeting. Location: Remote Support ( must reside
within close proximity to a government facility to support regular
secure discussions and communications ); Travel required. * CONUS
(25-50%) Facility Locations: Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland;
Fort Meade, Maryland; Fort Belvoir, Virginia; Washington, DC, Fort
Bragg, NC, Fort Hood, TX. Responsibilities Serve as a key technical
and operational advisor for SIGINT integration across Army, Joint,
and National intelligence architectures. Support development,
testing, and fielding/issuance of PM IS&A systems ensuring
alignment with Joint and National enterprise SIGINT capabilities.
Demonstrate deep understanding of TCPED workflows, mission
management, and multi-INT fusion in support of targeting and
situational awareness. Advise on architecture alignment, data
interoperability, CONOPS, and mission workflows integrating with
existing and emerging intelligence systems. Support
multi-intelligence and correlation efforts across SIGINT and GEOINT
data to enhance tactical and operational intelligence products.
Advise on SIGINT data formats, metadata standards, and transport
mechanisms. Interface with National and Joint partners to ensure
system integration aligns with enterprise SIGINT modernization
priorities and cross-domain solutions. Contribute to requirements
definition, capability documentation, and verification testing of
SIGINT-related functionality. Participate in working groups,
technical exchange meetings, and design reviews with stakeholders.
Advise on SIGINT mission thread and workflow development for use in
exercises, modeling & simulation, and operational assessments.
Provide briefings and written assessments to Senior Army and Joint
leadership regarding SIGINT interoperability, architecture
compliance, and capability gaps. Communicate effectively with
technical and operational audiences across multiple classification
levels. Maintain awareness of AI/ML-enabled SIGINT exploitation,
automation frameworks, and cross-domain data solutions. Apply
experience in Joint Targeting, PED enterprise modernization, and
Mission Data Thread analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a
relevant field and 10 years of experience with electromagnetic
support (ES) / SIGINT (additional experience may be accepted in
lieu of education). Graduate of a U.S. Military Service or National
SIGINT training Knowledge with exploitation of non-communication
and communication signals. Proficiency with ES/SIGINT tools and
techniques. Experience with geospatial information from COMINT
metadata and/or ELINT. Knowledge of space, airborne, and
terrestrial ES/SIGINT systems. Understanding of ES/SIGINT tasking,
collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination
(reporting) processes. Ability to execute CONUS travel (25-50%) and
OCONUS travel as required. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
required. Desired Skills Understanding of ground station
environments. Experience with space-based ES/SIGINT systems.
Knowledge of Army airborne and terrestrial ES/SIGINT systems
supporting targeting operations. Knowledge with Army ES/SIGINT
operations, including advanced signals analysis, SIGDEV,
TechSIGINT, PROFORMA, and other SIGINT capabilities. Understanding
of Multi-INT tipping & cueing techniques based on rules and models.
Familiarity with TNG or JCID 4.2 or ISA services. Knowledge of
NSA/CSS SIGINT policies (USSIDs). Understanding of Army Cryptologic
Office (ACO) functions and processes. About NextGen: NextGen
