Job Description:
Description & Requirements This position is a systems
administration professional with a specific focus on the Mac
administration platform (Jamf) and Linux-based server operating
systems. This position is responsible for the operation,
maintenance, and performance of the Jamf Pro administration
platform and the Mac end-user computer (desktop) images. They
maintain the operating system environment through routine patching,
security updates, vulnerability remediation, and application
updates, patching, and additions. In addition, they will interface
with Tier 1-2 user support staff to troubleshoot and resolve
complex user issues. They will interface with Linux systems
administrators to administer and maintain the server hosting
environment for Jamf; collaborate with network and systems
engineers for on-site/off-site connectivity for Mac devices and
services; and interface with the Centers for Information Technology
for cloud-based services like identity management. This position is

Requirements: Demonstrated experience with the Jamf Pro
administration platform including configuration profile
development, policy management, application update(s), systems
inventory, and baseline Operating System image development.
Experience with automation and scripting (Ansible, Python, or
closely related tool) Familiarity with custom application package
development for Mac devices in Jamf Experience with hybrid-cloud
systems, networks, and services, preferably in Micorosft Azure and
M365. University degree (BA/BS) in a closely related field
(Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Design and
Engineering) 3 years demonstrated experience as a systems
administrator or engineer, specifically in Mac and Unix-based
operating environments. Jamf 300 Job-Specific Preferred
Requirements: Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) is a
plus Experience with MySQL database(s) and schema Familiarity with
hybid-cloud systems architecture Experience with public key
infrastructure (PKI), single sign-on integration (SAML, OIDC); and

Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors
including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education,
training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work,
required travel (if any), external market and internal value
analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal
pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's
total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and
long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be
commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An
applicant's salary history will not be used in determining
compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage
rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances. Minimum Salary
$80,000.00 Maximum Salary $85,000.00
