As the Lead Aseptic Trainer, the candidate will need to have a good understanding of 'training styles' to simplify complex material for faster assimilation. The candidate will be responsible for the integration technologies and digital solutions to aid in learning styles. In addition, the candidate must have to granular understanding to regulatory expectations, both current and evolving and must be able to design and implement preventative actions to ensure compliance of the training program at the Rocky Mount Site.In addition, this position will be responsible for partnering with Department Supervisors and Managers across the site to ensure aseptic training requirements are aligned with the activities performed for each job role. You are a recognized subject matter expert as technical trainer with specialized knowledge and skills in Aseptic Techniques and Behavior. You will be involved in a range of activities, starting from conducting learning needs assessments, determining training plans, design, and implementation of new programs, conducting classes to training effectiveness evaluation. You will keep abreast with the latest learning and motivation theories to identify new and effective methods and techniques to develop in-house programs. You will be responsible to complete investigations and ensure CAPA implementation and change controls are thoroughly completed to prevent repeat occurrence.It is your hard work and focus that will help in making Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.How You Will Achieve It

  • Responsible for ensuring aseptic training requirements align with job function
  • Responsible for owning and implementing CAPAs for the Aseptic Training Department
  • Responsible for initiating investigations (events) for the Aseptic Training Department
  • Develop and implement curricula, procedures and pertinent documents to address the skills and behaviors required to ensure that the aseptic areas(s) operate in compliance
  • Maintain working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practicesand emerging regulatory and compliance concerns.
  • Provide recommendations for improvementsin the aseptic training program trainingsregularly in order to ensure Continuous Improvement loop.
  • Delegated authority for the Aseptic Training Manager in their absence
  • Works with the Media Fill Lead, Department Supervisors and Managers to develop the schedule for the Aseptic Training Qualification Line 151 and ensure all aseptic colleagues are aseptically certified.
  • Coach/train new aseptic trainers in the department
  • As SME and PHP, participate in the investigation of deviations associated with learning gap errors and recommend appropriate learning solutions to aid in reducing human errors to improve business processes and site performance.QualificationsMust Have
    • Applicant must have High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with eight years of relevant experience;
    • OR an Associate's degree with six years of experience;
    • OR a Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience;
    • OR a Master's degree with more than one year of experience.
    • Experience as a technical trainer in an aseptic environment supporting aseptic manufacturing.
    • Excellent communication (oral/written), facilitation and presentation skills,deliver with passion and pride.
    • Goodknowledge of GMP and Regulatory compliance as related to aseptic manufacturing
    • Experience inTechnical Training Skills.
    • Qualified PHP (Pfizer Human Performance) practitioner or equivalent (Human Performance Improvement).
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Nice-to-Have
      • Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
