Job Description:
Summary/Objective Oversees substance abuse halfway house
operations, including staff supervision, program compliance, and
bed utilization. Essential Functions Manage daily operations of
residential halfway house programs. Maintain bed utilization
through referral review and admissions. Supervise, train, and
evaluate staff; coordinate hiring with HR. Ensure compliance with
state regulations, audits, and documentation standards. Oversee
billing, staffing schedules, payroll, and transportation
coordination. Collaborate with clinical leadership and treatment
teams. Support client progress, interventions, and employment
outcomes. Engage community partners and participate in meetings and
program events.
