Job Description Position Summary Advance Community Healthcare,
an FQHC, is expanding our services and we are recruiting for a
Family Medicine Physician who will provide services to our new Wake
Forest and/or Louisburg, NC locations working a split schedule
between locations This role is a unique opportunity providing
comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on
preventive care and health maintenance to an ethnically and
socially diverse, patient population in accordance with the values,
beliefs and policies of Advance Community Health. Benefits Offered
