qualifications will not be considered. Deliver expert clinical
nursing care within a leading hospital environment, specializing in
medical-surgical oncology. This role requires coordination and
delivery of patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing
standards in an acute care setting. As a core member of the
healthcare team reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director, you will
apply your knowledge to complex patient cases, support
interdisciplinary collaboration, and contribute to both patient
outcomes and unit performance improvement. Key Responsibilities: -
Provide competent bedside nursing care for patients with complex
oncology and medical-surgical needs, including physical,
psychosocial, educational, and safety aspects. - Perform patient
assessments, synthesize complex data, and prioritize care
accordingly. - Collaborate closely with patients, families, and
interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care
plans that incorporate cultural and developmental factors. -
Implement and evaluate nursing care, utilizing hospital policies
and evidence-based standards. - Participate in ongoing professional
development, education programs, and quality improvement
initiatives. - Contribute to unit goals by providing feedback,
promoting cost-effective care, and maintaining a safe, clean
environment. - Anticipate discharge needs and assist patients and
families in navigating post-hospital care. - Stay informed on
current research and incorporate relevant findings into nursing
practice. Qualifications: - Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
required. - Experience or specialization in Medical-Surgical
Oncology nursing preferred. - Strong clinical assessment, critical
thinking, and communication skills. - Ability to work
collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams. - Commitment to
