We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in
Oxford, North Carolina — earn up to ($1693 - $1782 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates

Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting. Participate in
continuous professional development and training. Collaborate with
healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed. Achieve performance
targets and contribute to team goals. Monitor and document patient
progress and vital signs. Educate patients and families on health
management. Maintain high visibility of work activities and
results. Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Utilize evidence-based practices in patient care. Engage in quality
improvement initiatives. Assist in the orientation and training of
new staff. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license and BLS
certification required for patient care. Commitment to continuous
professional development and training opportunities. Experience in
MedSurg nursing with a focus on patient monitoring. Proven ability
to achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals. Strong
communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare
teams. Proficiency in documenting patient progress and vital signs
accurately. Ability to educate patients and families on health
management practices. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in
patient care management. Experience in quality improvement
initiatives within healthcare settings. Willingness to assist in
