Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Jacksonville, North
Carolina, 28546! Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 4x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: 1 year of clinical experience License: NC or compact
state RN license Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS (must be within
last 6 months), CPI (must be in hand prior to start) Must-Have:
Meditech experience Description: Candidates will be reviewed and
interviewed by the manager. RTO must be included in the submission
to be honored at the time of offer. Local candidates within a
50-mile radius will not be considered. The position requires
working 4x12 shifts during nights from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Weekend
work is required. There is no call required for this position.
Candidates must be willing to float if needed. This is a 10-bed
unit where patient ratios depend on the stage of labor, varying
from 1:1 to 1:4. The nurse will provide direct care to obstetrical
patients. Responsibilities include assessment, medication
administration, carrying out providers' orders, evaluating their
effects, and documenting care provided. Effective communication
with the care team is essential. Care must be provided in adherence
to all hospital policies and accreditation standards. 5 Benefits of
