Join Our Team: Locum Neurosurgeon in North Carolina We are
seeking a highly dedicated and Board-Certified Neurosurgeon for a
Locum Tenens position near Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is a
flexible, high-impact opportunity to provide crucial on-call
coverage in a dynamic medical environment, collaborating with a
team of five experienced neurosurgeons. Responsibilities The
successful candidate will provide 24-hour on-call neurosurgery
coverage during set periods: Schedule: One weekend per month
(Friday 7:00 am to Monday 7:00 am) and select holidays, including
Spring Break (March 27-April 5) and Christmas. Case Focus: Manage a
varied patient volume encompassing general neurosurgery, spine
surgery, and peripheral nerve/brachial plexus surgery.
Documentation: Utilize EPIC for all electronic medical records and
documentation. Qualifications Board Certification in Neurosurgery
is required. Possession of a valid North Carolina medical license
and current DEA registration. A minimum of two (2) years of
relevant neurosurgery experience. Ability to integrate seamlessly
into a collaborative and supportive team environment. Experience in
Level I or Level II trauma centers is preferred. Note: The
privileging process is estimated to take 60-90 days. This locum
