Job Description:

compassionate and dedicated Hospice RN to join our specialized
team, focused on providing end-of-life care that respects the
dignity and comfort of our patients while supporting their families
during these sensitive times. Provide nursing care to patients in a
hospice setting, managing symptoms and maintaining comfort at
end-of-life. Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other
healthcare professionals to create and implement personalized care
plans. Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and
end-of-life care options, ensuring they are informed and supported.
Monitor patient condition, document care provided, and adjust care
plans as needed in accordance with healthcare guidelines.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and provide
emotional support to patients and their families. Strong clinical
skills in palliative care Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) software Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN
license in the state of employment CPR certification Certified
Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification preferred
