Job Description Seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine physician or Family/Internal Medicine Physician with Emergency Medicine experience to join their team. - Hospital employed - 26-bed Emergency Department with strong Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant support - Emergency Department includes a locked 6-bed psychiatric unit - 24-hour hospitalist and radiology coverage - Emergency Medicine provider team includes 8 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers - Full scope of services provided at hospital including General Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Primary Care, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Nephrology and Pediatrics - Strong air and ground support to immediately transfer patients to level 1 trauma center located in Greenville, NC - Telestroke support - Cardiac Cath Lab - Ability to live on Lake Gaston - Conveniently located between Raleigh, NC and Richmond, VA - Family friendly community with an affordable cost of living - Excellent compensation and benefits package - Relocation assistance In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and residency/fellowship paid commitment stipends.
