Schedule 07:00 - 19:00, every other weekend; 12-hour shifts. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team. This role requires strong de-escalation and communication skills while providing care in an acute behavioral health setting. The nurse will be responsible for managing a diverse patient population, including geriatric and adult patients. Candidates must be able to float between units as necessary. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to individuals experiencing behavioral health issues. Utilize strong communication and de-escalation skills to manage patient needs. Document patient interactions and care within the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. ADN degree required. Current BLS certification. Must have CPI, NVCI, or HWC certifications.
