Description: This is a role in a dedicated psychiatric unit. The
unit has a total of 33 beds. Patient ratios are 1 nurse to 10
patients. The role requires float requirements between geriatric
and adult behavioral health units. The patient population includes
geriatric and adult patients. The facility uses an electronic
health record system. The supervisor will be available for guidance
and support. Common diagnoses and treatments will be part of the
daily responsibilities. Candidates should possess strong
communication skills to engage effectively with patients.
Professional demeanor and adherence to dress code are expected.
