Physicians (PCP) Beautifully renovated outpatient medical clinic 4
day work week Monday - Thursday 8a-5p No nights, no weekends, no
inpatient or hospital work Phone call shared equally among
providers See an average of 15-17 patients per day Patient
demographic is children, adolescents, adults and seniors Potential
opportunities for future growth Onsite lab and basic imaging
Balanced payor mix commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, self-pay
