Job Description:
Hospital in NC is seeking a Board-Certified Hematology Oncology
physician to help provide coverage for their team. New providers
will need to come in the day before first shift for orientation.
Minimum years of experience required 3- 5 years. Beginning January
5th - ongoing during recruitment Mon - Thurs. 8:00am - 5:00pm
Details: - 99% outpatient (rare inpatient consults, 1-2 per year) -
Average of patients/day/providers: 15 - BLS Required from AHA - No
nights & weekends - No ICU/Critical Care Procedures - Not required
to serve back-up in ER - Support - Team: 1-2 APPs - EMR - Epic
Oncology EHR Hospital Information: - 117-bed hospital - Level III
Intermediate Care Nursery - Same Day Surgery Center - Orthopedics
available - Cardiology - Critical Care Unit - Urology - OBGYN Full
presentation packet requires the following • CV (month/year format
with to/from dates for work history and education beginning with
med school) CV must list 'all' work locations and not the name of
the Staffing Company i. If gaps, explanations are required for each
gap to be included within the CV prior to submitting presentation.
• Copy of North Carolina DEA and or the DEA that will be switched
to NC • Online Verification Board Certification- no pictures of
certifications in a frame accepted i. ii. • Copies of 'required
certifications ACLS, ATLS, BLS and PALS (must be from American
Heart Association) AHA • Online Verification NC License (NCMB) -all
pages of the license are needed and all other license verifications
from other states held by the candidate (REQUIRED) i. • 3 written
references or use ECU HEALTH reference form that can be completed
via phone call (all references must be within last 12 months) All
references must be from MDs. Clinical contact date must be notated
in month/year format within 12 months
