Job Description Full-time, in-person healthcare role focusing on
primary and post-acute care in skilled nursing facilities. Manage
clinical care, round daily, prescribe treatments, and ensure timely
documentation. Provide patient-centered services with minimal
administrative burden using conversational and dictation tools.
Work 6-hour shifts (7AM-1PM), Monday to Friday, with flexible
