The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical conditions. This role requires a professional who is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and providing the highest level of care. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to determine functional limitations and treatment needs. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs. - Utilize various physical therapy techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery and mobility. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to manage conditions. - Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications: - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. - Valid state license to practice physical therapy. - Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred. - Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, modalities, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
