Job Description:
Carolina Behavioral Care, part of the Optum family of
businesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Testing Psychologist to
join our team in Fayetteville, NC. As a member of the Optum
Behavioral Care team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to

As a Testing Psychologist, you will interact directly with patients
conducting psychological assessments and interpreting results for a
diverse patient population. We offer a variety of solutions that

From clinical operations such as credentialing to business

care.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and
clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory
requirements

Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of
practice.
Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare
program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to
starting a new position
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with adults, adolescents and children
Experience working with computers for professional communication
and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other
EHRs)
Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological
testing
Proven comfortable working with a wide range of clinical
presentations
Proven comfortable completing diagnostic assessments and general
psychiatric testing in an outpatient clinical setting

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually
based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work
experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with
