Join Our Team as a Clinical Nutrition Manager IISodexo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dietitian to fill the role of Clinical Nutrition Manager II at Vidant North Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical nutrition program, providing nutrition care to various patient units, and supervising one Clinical Dietitian.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the clinical nutrition program within ECU North Hospital
• Provide nutrition care to a variety of patient units
• Supervise one Clinical Dietitian
• Assist with supervision of the patient meal program, training and educating staff on programs, menus, diets and processes
• Represent the department on hospital-wide medical staff committees
• Drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projectsRequirements:
  • Registered Dietitian with acute care experience and a strong clinical knowledge base
  • Proven 13 months supervisory or management experience with an aptitude for program growth and development
  • 3 years as a practitioner
  • Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
