The ICU and Step Down Nurse Director will join a regional health system whose focus is to provide quality and compassionate care to the people within the community it serves. The health system has the latest up to date technology and offers multi-specialty care. It is fully accredited by The Joint Commission. The Nurse Director will report to the CNO. They will be responsible for the clinical, financial and administrative aspects of the Critical Care Unit and the Stepdown Units. The RN Director will work directly with the hospital wide leadership team to ensure that organizational values are met as well as maintaining exceptional quality care. The RN Director will be responsible for overseeing a 10 bed Critical Care Unit and a 25 bed Stepdown Telemetry Unit. An Associates Degree in Nursing, NC state license, ACLS and BLS Certifications, strong clinical ICU background and prior leadership experience required. The Hospital Nurse Director Critical Care and Stepdown Telemetry Unit will enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule, working day shift.
