• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days
• BLS required
• Up to 40 patients per day depending on location and must have experience with peds and adults
• I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation and other minor procedures and must be able to work solo
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
