• Traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries
• Multi-system organ failure
• Chronic/Acute respiratory failure
• Non-healing wounds and infectious diseases
• Ventilators which require weaning
• Communicate with physicians, LPNs, and other medical professionalsQualifications
  • Active Nursing State License in North Carolina or compact
  • Have and maintain a current CPR and ACLS certification.
  • Having prior experience in LTACH/Acute/9Med-Surg/ICU/HOU environments (not required)
  • Wound care and/or critical care experience (not required)
  • A higher comfort level working with vents/trachs/PICC lines, etc. (not required)
  • Working knowledge of IV therapies including vasoactive drugs, antibiotics, heparin drips, insulin drips, and blood transfusions (not required)Benefits
