The manager is a clinical leader with focus on producing excellent patient outcomes, patient and family engagement, workforce management/ development and clinical efficiency. The nurse manager is the front line leader who partners with physicians and manages staff and resources to promote safe, timely, efficient, effective and patient focused unit operations.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree or higherLicensure/Registration/Certification: License as a Registered Nurse, must maintain licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.Three to four years related experienceOther InformationFull-time salaried position.
