Working with Pfizer's dynamic Operations team, you will identify
and mitigate known and emerging risks to Pfizer's purpose of
delivering breakthroughs that change patients' lives. What You Will
Achieve As part of the Site and Global Security Operations team,
you will be responsible for supporting a team that monitors
incidents globally and assess information to determine what impact,
if any, those incidents may have on the local organization. As a
Manager, your breadth of knowledge on internal or external business
challenges will help us improve our products, processes and
services. Your will guide us to lead projects by meeting objectives
and preparing forecasts for resource requirements. Your risk-taking
ability will help us advance new concepts and methodologies. You
will provide technical guidance and oversight to team members and
help in problem solving. It is your hard work and focus that will
make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients
across the globe. The Site Security Manager is responsible to
provide effective security/loss prevention programs and maintaining
integrity of asset protection for the Rocky Mount site. Responsible
for making all major decisions regarding the functioning of the
Security Department. Manage the day-to-day operations of the
Security Department and the Security Department budget. Work with
appropriate management on site specific issues along with other
members of Global Security, local law enforcement agencies, state
and federal agencies such as FDA, DEA, DHS, US Customs and
employees, as well as Security Department colleagues. Investigate
and review all security and controlled drug incidents that occur on
the property and keep leadership informed of unusual occurrences.
Manage the Site Incident and Emergency Response and Crisis
Management planning and execution functions while serving as the
Site Crisis Management Coordinator. How You Will Achieve It
