We are currently looking to grow our Team with a Commercial Experienced Service Technician in our Raleigh location . Job Summary: Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC and related equipment as assigned. Assume day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner. In addition to being on the on-call schedule rotation. Requirements: 3 years of Commercial HVAC Service EPA Universal Advanced Customer Service skills/communications skills Time Management skills Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience making repair and replacement decisions Proven ability to manage/lead others Valid Drivers license and insurable
