You’ll Do Perform service calls to troubleshoot, diagnose, and
repair residential electrical systems Install, maintain, and
replace fixtures, fans, EV chargers, and panels Run new circuits
and perform system upgrades as needed Provide customers with clear
explanations of work performed and recommendations Use ServiceTitan
to manage estimates, invoices, and notes Maintain your company van
and tools with care and professionalism Deliver a 5-star experience
to every customer, every time You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Have 4
years of residential electrical experience Are comfortable
troubleshooting and solving problems independently Take pride in
neat, efficient, and code-compliant work Enjoy connecting with
homeowners and building trust Value teamwork, integrity, and growth
Are familiar with ServiceTitan (or open to learning quickly)
Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid NC driver’s license
with clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and
drug screening Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing
electrical work safely Compensation Annual earnings between
$50,000-$120,000 based on skill and performance Quarterly
performance bonuses Profit-sharing and advancement opportunities
