Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new features and tools for the Customer Care team
Maintain, improve, and troubleshoot existing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality
software
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience developing web applications using Ruby on
Rails
Excellent knowledge of Ruby, Rails conventions, and MVC
architecture
Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL
Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML,
and CSS
