Be part of the Integrated Supply Chain Engineering team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement, maintain, and optimize methods and processes in the assembly and test of components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies used in Aerospace Fuel & Actuation products. Using your technical background, you will be assigned to a cell where you will become a technical focal for product and process by conducting process audits, provide hands-on production floor technical support with troubleshooting and solving poor product yield, reducing scrap and conduct dispositions of product non-conformances. You will add value to the business by introducing process control requirements and improvements, along with the identification and execution of cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities. • Use analytical tools and theories for data analysis

• Issue identification and analysis
• Product dispositions of non-conforming hardware YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements WE VALUE
    • Basic mechanical knowledge
    • Ability to focus on important information and identify key details
    • Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
    • Application of basic engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes
    • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
