Diagnose/troubleshoot plumbing equipment, present options and
pricing to customers. Complete approved repairs/improvements in a
timely manner. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Inspect plumbing
systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with
regulatory codes • Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing
systems and fixtures • Fitting and repairing various household
plumbing appliances • Cutting, soldering, and assembling pipes,
tubes, fittings, and fixtures • Inspect and test plumbing systems
for safety, functionality, and code compliance • Provide the
highest level of customer service at all times • Troubleshooting
and resolving problems • Preparing cost estimates QUALIFICATIONS: •
Able to work independently and as a team • Solve problems quickly
and efficiently • In home sales experience preferred REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 years of experience in residential plumbing • Working knowledge
of water supply systems • Strong critical thinking and
troubleshooting skills • Listening and communication skills
Interpersonal skills At least 18 years of age and have at minimum
of three years of safe driving experience Successfully pass a
background and driving record check Valid driver’s license &
reliable transportation (until eligible for a company vehicle) High
school diploma or equivalent Must be able to work in extreme
conditions (i.e. cold, hot, dirty environment, cramped, on ladders
etc.). Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended
periods of time. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.

items up to 50 pounds and more than 50 pounds •
Occasionally/Frequently exposure to wet and/or humid conditions
(non-weather) • Occasionally/Frequently work near moving mechanical
parts • Occasionally/Frequently work in high, precarious places •
Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic
chemicals • Occasionally exposure to outside weather conditions •
