Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently. Troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems to identify root causes and implement fixes. Work closely with the production team to minimize machine downtime and improve productivity. Record repairs and maintenance performed, using precise documentation practices. Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify any problems or defects. Support installation of new equipment and ensure seamless integration into manufacturing processes. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Proficient in interpreting technical documents such as blueprints and diagrams Good organizational and communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in common computer software and maintenance management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Preferred: Certification from a recognized technical training program in industrial maintenance or related field
