Job Description Job Description Variety Wholesalers, Inc. is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Team! The Facilities Coordinator position performs a variety of facilities and maintenance related issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, and office equipment. Responsibilities · Ensure timely responses to stores request for facilities needs. · Operate within budget guidelines. · Maintain physical and electronic filing-systems. · Coordinate routine maintenance in a cross departmental capacity. · Cultivate existing and new vendor relationships to ensure necessary services are provided for stores · Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with daily office needs. · Provide regular progress reports and updates to leadership. · Complete special projects as assigned. Requirements and Skills · 1-2 years of related experience (preferred). · Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint, Word). · Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. · Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple changing priorities. · Must be able to work in a team environment.
