• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives
• Evaluate and improve internal controls and financial processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as requiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA designation preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
