Job Description:
A fast-growing and esteemed Developer in the area is looking for
a Preconstruction Manager . This Developer has a backlog of diverse
commercial projects valued up to $50M, local to the area, that
stretch over the next two years. The Preconstruction Manager will
be a cornerstone for the company and an integral part of the
leadership team! Responsibilities : Direct the overall planning and
development of new project activities and the activities of all
current projects Assist in schedule development Advise the client
and other project team members concerning base building and
internal project management. Evaluate and critique the progress of
design development, budget, and schedule Develop conceptual
estimates utilizing market data Determine quantities of materials
during early stages of the design Develop scopes of work for all
project related trades Qualifications: B.S. in Construction
Management or a related degree is strongly preferred, but extensive
work-related experience will be considered 10 Years Project
Management and Estimating experience in Commercial Construction
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills Demonstrated
leadership experience Proficiency in the Development of Commercial
